Theora Collect is an early access waitlist, and this page explains in plain language who we are, what we collect when you join, how we handle it, and the rights you have over your data.
Who we are
Theora Collect is an independent project building a collection app for sticker and card collectors in Serbia and the Balkans. If you have any privacy questions, email legal@theoracollect.com and a real person will answer.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter, your language preference, and which form you used. That's it. We don't collect anything else.
How we use it
We use your email to send the confirmation link, to let you know when early access opens, and to share the occasional update about Theora Collect. Nothing more.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, which you give when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw it whenever you like (see Your rights).
Where it's stored and who handles it
Your signup is stored and managed by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email service provider, which acts as our data processor. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
International transfers
Kit may process data outside Serbia and the EU, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on their standard data protection safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, object to or limit how it's processed, get a copy to take elsewhere, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can unsubscribe from any email using its link, or just email us and we'll take care of it.
Right to complain
If you ever feel we've mishandled your data, you can file a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no tracking or analytics cookies, and no third party analytics. We don't profile you or follow you around the web.
